Job responsibilities

Participate in writing high-quality, scalable, and clean code
Assist the team with technical specifications and unit test cases development
Take ownership of performing unit testing activities for the better performance
Communicate with different team leads to determine the product and requirements
Be accountable to work cross-functionally and create & implement top-notch software solutions
Make sure to help the team in on-time and top-quality software project delivery
Motivate the team members to follow the latest technology standards and SDLC best practices
Contribute to building, maintaining, and improving new and existing web pages, websites, and applications

Minimum requirements

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 3+ years of experience in software development (rare exceptions for highly skilled developers)
Stronghold on system and requirement analysis
Extensive expertise in popular languages like Java, C#, C++, SQL, VB.Net, etc.
Hands-on knowledge of Java, .NET programming, and web technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, EJB, Spring, Oracle, MySQL, etc.
Exceptional skills in frameworks, like Spring MVC, .NET MVC, Hibernate, Angular, etc.
Experience in implementing SDLC methodologies, data migration, and automation testing
Exposure to web services, including SOAP and REST
Prolific experience in using tools, including Eclipse, Visual Studio, SVN, Git, GitHub, RabbitMQ, etc.
Fluent in English to communicate effectively
Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) with a 4 hour overlap with US time zones

Preferred skills

Ability to maintain clean and detailed documentation
Familiar with servers, like Apache, Tomcat, Glassfish, Xampp, Wamp, etc.
Understanding of Waterfall and Agile development principles
Great analytical, critical, and problem-solving skills
