- Good understanding of multiple technology stacks such as Front-end, Back-end, Full-stack, Mobile applications, AI/ML, or DevOps
- Excellent computational problem-solving skills and expert understanding of designing, coding, debugging, and testing procedures
Preferred Skills:
- Deep understanding of large systems, complex code bases, and version control systems such as Git
- Passionate about emerging technologies and designing roadmap to enhance the capabilities of existing systems
- The ability to drive project lifecycle from ideation to product delivery, and measure performance against metrics such as ROI, growth, etc.
- Identifying stakeholders’ project needs to define functional and non-functional requirements to ensure successful delivery of technical solutions
- In-depth knowledge of computer science fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and system design
- Effective people management skills to lead, motivate and influence team members across the organization
- The ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) concurrently with US time zones for a minimum of 4 hours/day
- Fluency in English and the communication skills to effortlessly collaborate with engineering managers at U.S. software companies
