Job responsibilities

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 3+ years of experience as a full-stack developer (rare exceptions for highly skilled developers)
Expertise in CSS, JavaScript, and HTML, with clear concepts of CSS preprocessors including Sass and LESS
Proficient with languages such as Java, .Net, Python, PHP, Ruby, etc.
Strong knowledge of SQL database design, DBMS concepts as well as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.
Experience in API design and development
Understanding of object-oriented design principles and design patterns
Fluency in English for effortless collaboration
Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) with a daily 4 hour overlap with US time zones

Minimum requirements

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of experience in UX/UI Design, mobile & web (rare exceptions for highly skilled developers)
Proficient with Photoshop, HTML5, CSS, jQuery, Bootstrap, and CSS JavaScript performance optimization
Well-versed with Visual Design principles and best practices
Strong UI skills and ability to execute all aspects of interface design
Familiar with web application frameworks such as Node and React
Experienced with development tools such as GIT and JIRA
Good understanding of Ajax and JSON
Exceptional ability to communicate design decisions both internally and with clients
Fluency in English for effective communication
Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) with a daily 4 hour overlap with US time zones

Preferred skills

Familiar with codebases and version control systems (Git)
Proficient with server technologies including Apache, ISS, Node.js, Nginx, and J2EE
Experience with AJAX
Knowledge of data structures, system design, and algorithms
Experience in agile software development methodologies
Great Arithmetic reasoning, logical and analytical thinking skills
