Job responsibilities
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a full-stack developer (rare exceptions for highly skilled developers)
- Expertise in CSS, JavaScript, and HTML, with clear concepts of CSS preprocessors including Sass and LESS
- Proficient with languages such as Java, .Net, Python, PHP, Ruby, etc.
- Strong knowledge of SQL database design, DBMS concepts as well as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.
- Experience in API design and development
- Understanding of object-oriented design principles and design patterns
- Fluency in English for effortless collaboration
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) with a daily 4 hour overlap with US time zones
Minimum requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI Design, mobile & web (rare exceptions for highly skilled developers)
- Proficient with Photoshop, HTML5, CSS, jQuery, Bootstrap, and CSS JavaScript performance optimization
- Well-versed with Visual Design principles and best practices
- Strong UI skills and ability to execute all aspects of interface design
- Familiar with web application frameworks such as Node and React
- Experienced with development tools such as GIT and JIRA
- Good understanding of Ajax and JSON
- Exceptional ability to communicate design decisions both internally and with clients
- Fluency in English for effective communication
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) with a daily 4 hour overlap with US time zones
Preferred skills
- Familiar with codebases and version control systems (Git)
- Proficient with server technologies including Apache, ISS, Node.js, Nginx, and J2EE
- Experience with AJAX
- Knowledge of data structures, system design, and algorithms
- Experience in agile software development methodologies
- Great Arithmetic reasoning, logical and analytical thinking skills
