Job responsibilities

Build new functions or parts of applications
Develop reusable and future proof components and libraries
Make use of UI/UX design or wireframes in creating appropriate code and application
Analyze and review software application requirements and interface designs
Assist in the design and development of responsive and functional user interface components
Keep track of application performance and suggest improvements

Minimum requirements

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
At least 3+ years of experience in software development using React (rare exceptions for highly skilled developers)
Sound knowledge of JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and JavaScript Object Model
Significant experience working with CSS, HTML, functional programming, and more advanced EcmaScript specifications
Good understanding of REST APIs, document request models, and offline storage
Well-versed in React.js workflows, like Flux, Flow, and Redux
Good grasp of app UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
Strong understanding of different testing frameworks, like Jest, Mocha
Fluency in the English language for effective communication
Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) with a 4 hour overlap with US time zones

Preferred skills

Proficient with OOPs fundamentals, XML, JSON, and web services
Experience with user interface design and responsive designs
Knowledge of unit testing, code debugging, and performance optimization
Excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Experience working in an Agile development environment
