Job responsibilities

Participate in all stages of software development including planning, design, development, execution of end-to-end web architecture as well as maintenance, and support
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and project stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions
Contribute to creating scalable, reusable, robust, and maintainable code
Assist project owners in identifying performance bottlenecks and participate in resolving system limitations
Participation in discussions and sharing views on creating and improving application architecture and the development processes

Minimum requirements

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 3+ years of experience as a full-stack developer (rare exceptions for highly skilled developers)
Proficient with one or more front-end programming languages, like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.
Well-versed with multiple back-end programming languages, including Java, Python, Golang, Ruby, PHP, etc
Expertise with the libraries & frameworks, including jQuery, React, Node.js, Vue.js, AngularJS, etc.
Hands-on experience with UI and UX design, WordPress, Spark
Sound knowledge of DBMS such as MySQL, Oracle DB, PostgreSQL, etc.
Proficient in building CI/CD pipelines
Fluency in English for effortless collaboration
Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) with a daily 4 hour overlap with US time zones

Preferred skills

Knowledge working with Lambda, DynamoDB, SQL, and ElasticSearch
Understanding of codebases and version control systems (Git)
Familiar with algorithms, data structures, and space-time complexity
Experience in agile software development methodologies
Great problem-solving skills and attention to detail
