Job description

Job responsibilities

Design, develop, and test blockchain systems, blockchain applications, and REST services
Architect, develop, test, and deploy blockchain solutions across Function X, Ethereum and BSC blockchains
Maintain documentation of blockchain development processes and best practices in data protection
Define development best practices, facilitate code reviews, and process improvements
Make sure all team members keep up with modern blockchain technologies and cryptography methods
Mentor and guide junior engineers of the team technically

Minimum requirements

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 5+ years of blockchain development experience (rare exceptions for highly skilled developers)
Excellent understanding of data structures and algorithms
Demonstrable experience with Next.js, React, and DevOps
Sound knowledge of object-oriented programming
Proficient with Web3.js for contract and wallet integrations on sale/liquidity pages
Hands-on expertise in developing and debugging smart contracts on Solidity
Extensive experience in back-end, blockchain, and smart contract development
Ability to communicate fluently in English
Availability to work full-time (40 hours/week) and a 4 hour overlap with US time zones

Preferred skills

Knowledge in EIPS, XIPs, W3C, or other standardization
Active in technical evangelism (GitHub or conferences)
Familiarity with Adobe XD, Invision, and Slack is plus
Experience in managing and mentoring a blockchain team
Ability to work in a high-paced Agile environment
