Job description

Job responsibilities

Build a human-centric, user-friendly, and responsive user interface
Oversee the entire lifecycle right from concept, design, and development to test, release and support
Focus on developing user experiences that simplify complex issues across the entire stack.
Lead the designers and developers to create a sustainable SDLC and advise on best practices
Supervise update and maintenance of technical documentation, including functional and non-functional specifications
Conduct technical analysis and explore ideas to deliver both short-term goals and long-term architectural vision effectively
Mentor junior developers and engineers and help them grow across different dimensions

Minimum requirements

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
At least 3+ years of experience in mobile app development (rare exceptions for highly skilled developers)
Expertise in designing, developing, testing, and releasing iOS & Android mobile applications
Solid understanding of WebKit
Knowledge of different programming languages including Swift, Objective C, Java, Kotlin, React Native, NativeScript, etc.
Expertise in utilizing MVC pattern and Git best practices
Working experience with Vanilla JavaScript (ES5, ES6)
Understanding of mobile tools like Crashlytics, TestFlight, Firebase, etc.
Fluency in English language for effective communication
Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) with a 4 hour overlap with US time zones

Preferred skills

Experience with cross-platform React Native apps
Thorough understanding of development life cycle
Knowledge of GraphQL client libraries
Familiarity with Agile software development methods
Self-starter with strong time management skills
Strong technical and logical thinking
Good consultative and communication skills
