Job description

Job responsibilities

Develop software solutions as per product specifications defined by the product managers and stakeholders
Perform research to identify the best methods of implementing requirements
Maintain high performance and compatibility across platforms
Identify process improvement scopes, propose system modifications, and devise strategies to optimize performance
Design and develop automated deployment and maintenance mechanisms
Create technical documentation to support delivery, maintenance, and future adoption

Minimum requirements

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack developer using Rust (rare exceptions for highly skilled developers)
Strong experience in Rust along with at least one other language, like Java, Solidity, Golang, Python or C++
Both front-end and back-end knowledge with demonstrated experience in UI/UX / website design and database development
Proficient in developing and interfacing APIs using a RESTful architecture, SOAP, and Graph
Understanding of multiple DBMS technologies, like MySQL, MongoDB, SQLServer, Oracle, etc.
Ability to communicate fluently in English with engineering managers
Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) with a 4 hour overlap with US time zone

Preferred skills

Familiarity with Web Assembly is a plus
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment
