Baah, a software developer specializing in web-related technologies, shared his Turing.com review and said that his financial health is better than ever with Turing’s good and timely payments.

Life before Turing Jobs

A remote full-stack software developer from Ghana with over six years of experience, Baah specializes in Python, JavaScript, Flutter, Blockchain, and other web-related technologies.

Baah's relationship with software and codes developed quite early in life. "I have always loved programming. As a kid, I used to miss classes cause I'd stay up all night coding," he recalls.

But his geography limited his opportunities. "Life in Ghana is difficult, less pay, more competition, and developers start their day by being stuck in traffic. The tech industry in Ghana is still fairly young. I spent a few years as a freelancer and got some good opportunities, but I wasn't content with the growth here," he mentions.

"I always wanted to work for a Silicon Valley firm where I can use my full potential and work with world-class tech leaders. But getting a US work visa isn't easy," he says.

How did he learn about Turing US software jobs?

Determined to find work that recognizes his worth, Baah began a frantic job search, eventually stumbling upon the Turing jobs page. "I signed up on their website and completed their stringent tests and evaluations. I backed myself and was able to crack the interviews designed to only let the best developers in," he remarks.

"In just two weeks, they remotely matched me with a top US company with no visa needed. Now I am working on an exciting opportunity with one of Turing's customers!" he shares.

How has his journey with Turing.com been so far?

"Here, I can just open my laptop and start working. That's it. Haha! My travel time is zero! Now that my work timings are flexible, all the time that I save, I get to spend with the ones I love," he mentions.

What's his take on Turing developers?

"Thanks to Turing, I've got to work on some extremely interesting projects with an AI-based firm. I helped create the algorithms and the back-end technology to help identify faults through drone footage of power lines to prevent power outages for hundreds of companies!" he exclaims.

What's the final verdict?

"My life completely changed when I discovered Turing. With their good and timely payments, my financial health is better than ever. I feel I have made more progress as a developer in the one year at Turing than all the previous years combined," he says.

If you're an excellent software developer anywhere in the world, you can go boundaryless with Turing and take your career to the next level!
