Job description

Job responsibilities

  • Identify the best technical solution to solve existing business problems
  • Analyze current technologies used within the company and determine ways to improve
  • Discuss structure, characteristics, and behavior, and define features, development phases, and solution requirements to project stakeholders
  • Support documentation and monitor requirements needed for proposed updates
  • Propose and establish a framework for necessary contributions from various departments
  • Work closely with the project management team to successfully monitor the progress of initiatives
  • Participate in defining clear goals for all aspects of a project and handle proper execution

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of experience in developing production systems and solutions
  • Expertise working with Python, JavaScript, and Typescript
  • Solid experience with .NET stack, designing and delivering enterprise-scale solutions
  • Extensive experience in software engineering and design architecture
  • Profound understanding of analyzing computer hardware and software
  • Professional expertise in requirements analysis, estimation, systems, application design, testing techniques and processes
  • Prolific knowledge of standards like OAuth 2.0, SAML 2.0, Multi-Factor Authentication, SSO, and related application security standards
  • Fluent in English to communicate effectively
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) with a 4 hour overlap with US time zone

Preferred skills

  • Understanding of best practices regarding system security measures
  • Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, Azure DevOps, Azure CLI, and Powershell
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities with minimal supervision
  • Confident in meeting challenges and working to a high level
  • Project management and leadership skills is good to have
