Job description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensive test strategies, frameworks, and plans across various levels including web applications, services integration, and systems. Job Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement detailed test strategies and frameworks to cover web-app level, services integration level, and system-level testing, ensuring comprehensive coverage and efficient testing processes
  • Build robust testing frameworks that enable high-quality and high-velocity testing, focusing on system and integration testing to identify and address issues early in the development cycle
  • Enhance unit testing quality and speed for Python and Go by developing and optimizing testing frameworks, making it easier for developers to write and run tests
  • Integrate automated tests within the CI/CD infrastructure to facilitate periodic testing, ensuring continuous assessment and adherence to quality standards
  • Design and develop a stress testing framework utilizing tools such as Postman and Selenium, among other integration testing tools, to simulate high-load scenarios and identify potential bottlenecks or failures
  • Manage comprehensive data analysis processes to understand test results, including triaging failures and collaborating closely with stakeholders to debug and resolve issues effectively
  • Work collaboratively with the development team and other stakeholders to continuously refine testing strategies, frameworks, and processes, ensuring they align with project objectives and timelines
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in testing, including new tools and methodologies, to continuously improve the testing infrastructure and processes


Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 4+ years of relevant experience as an Integration Test Engineer
  • Proven experience as an Integration Tester or similar role, with a strong background in developing test strategies, plans, and frameworks for web applications, service integrations, and systems
  • Strong proficiency in building testing frameworks for system and integration testing, with a focus on quality and velocity
  • Experience in improving unit test frameworks for Python and Go, with an ability to enhance test quality and execution speed
  • Familiarity with integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring regular and efficient testing throughout the development cycle
  • Expertise in developing stress testing frameworks using tools like Postman, Selenium, and other relevant integration testing tools
  • Skilled in data analysis and troubleshooting, with a capability to triage test failures and collaborate with developers and stakeholders to debug issues
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • A commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest testing tools, trends, and best practices
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
