Job description

Job responsibilities

Lead a team of business analysts to improve the performance of large language models (LLMs).
Oversee daily operations, provide guidance, and ensure the team adheres to guidelines and deadlines.
Conduct performance evaluations, offer feedback, and implement improvement plans for the team.
Identify training needs and organize professional development sessions to create clear and high-quality training datasets.

Minimum requirements

At least one year of proven experience managing teams of three or more members.
Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and research skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with fluency in English.
Ability to incorporate feedback from LLM performance metrics into data creation processes.
Commitment to working 40 hours per week; immediate availability is preferred.
