Job description

Job responsibilities

Solve high school-level math problems, including algebra, geometry, trigonometry, and calculus.
Provide detailed, step-by-step explanations for solutions.
Approach complex problems systematically and creatively to ensure clarity.
Manage time effectively to solve problems under deadlines.
Communicate mathematical concepts clearly through written and verbal explanations.
Adapt to working with various math problems and collaborate with team members as needed.

Minimum requirements

Strong proficiency in high school-level mathematics (algebra, geometry, trigonometry, and calculus).
Ability to systematically approach and solve complex problems.
Excellent explanation skills, with the capacity to break down solutions into clear steps.
Effective time management and the ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Flexibility to adapt to a range of math problems and different project requirements.
Availability to work full-time (40 hours/week).
Desktop/laptop with a reliable internet connection and necessary software for computations.

Preferred skills

Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, or related fields (open to candidates without a formal degree who have exceptional math skills).
Experience in tutoring or teaching mathematics at the high school level.
Familiarity with standardized test formats (12th standard exams).
