Job description

Job responsibilities

Participate in every phase of software development including planning, design, development, implementation of end-to-end web architecture, and maintenance
Work closely with cross-functional teams and project stakeholders to deliver robust and scalable software solutions
Proactively assist in creating clean, scalable, reusable, and maintainable code
Collaborate with project owners to identify performance bottlenecks and contribute to resolving system limitations
Take part in team meetings and share feedback on application architecture and development processes enhancements

Minimum requirements

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 3+ years of experience as a full-stack software developer (rare exceptions for highly skilled developers)
Expertise in multiple high-level programming languages, like Java, Python, Golang, Ruby, PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.
Well-versed with the libraries & frameworks, including jQuery, React, Node.js, Vue.js, AngularJS, etc.
Proficient with UI and UX design, WordPress, Spark
Hands-on experience with DBMS such as MySQL, Oracle DB, PostgreSQL, etc.
Sound knowledge of building CI/CD pipelines
Fluency in English for effortless collaboration
Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) with a daily 4 hour overlap with US time zones

Preferred skills

Understanding of codebases and version control systems (Git)
Well-versed with Lambda, DynamoDB, SQL, and ElasticSearch
Knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and space-time complexity
Experience in Agile development methodologies
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
